We take pride in our partnership with Muskegon County and the City of Muskegon Heights to create safe and affordable housing options for individuals and families. In the Muskegon Heights neighborhood, we supervise 340 living units in 3 developments over 29 acres. \u00a0The Housing Authority also manages 52 Housing Choice Vouchers and 71 Project Based Vouchers.<\/p>\n<p>The Allen Street Crossing development is a partnership with Spire Development Inc., and Little River Housing Developers to build and open 50 units of affordable housing in downtown Muskegon Michigan. We support and encourage a healthy, safe and vibrant mixed income housing community that is sustainable.
